Who are we ?

FiANACO provides support to financial institutions doing the shift from a "traditional" way of doing business to an innovative one. Our objective is to connect the dots between your clients and your institution.

Launching a Digital Solution is not such a simple business and needs to be carefully thought as it complements (and might jeopardize) what is done today by the institution. ​

​

FiANACO relies on more than 25 years of expertise on improving channel distributions with the use of new technologies. Along the way, our work led us to work upstream with central banks and downstream on distributive channels.

We support four main types of actors in their digital transformation

Support to financial institutions (banks, microfinance, postal networks) to better reach remote populations  through innovative channels (Mobile Money, Correspondent banking, Mobile Scoring) while maintaining a privileged relationship with them.

Mobile Money Solutions / FinTechs

Support to Mobile Money and FinTech solutions in order to maximize the impact of the services and offer them second-generation services (automated savings and credit products) enabling  financial inclusion

Governments & Trainings

Advice to governments, ministries and regulators (telecoms, central banks)  to enable digital financial inclusion.

Development of training to various profile of participants.

NGOs and others

We support actors willing to improve the lives of their beneficiaries through innovative and tailored  digital solutions  : digitization of value chains, segments (women, young people, SMEs) or other innovative products (health microinsurance, etc.)

3 - Implementation

Nowadays, the IT side is not a problem anymore, technology works... The integration should then not only be done at the technological level but should encompass  the processes of the structure.
